Bringing home the BFA Leadership & Culture Accolade

We are delighted to finish 2021 in style after bringing home the BFA HSBC award for Leadership & Culture. The prize was contended by a host of worthy entries, but our networks’ incredible efforts throughout 2021 ultimately secured the prize at this year’s ceremony.

The BFA commemorates a wide variety of franchisors with multiple award categories. The award for Leadership and Culture celebrates those businesses that have striven to ensure that their franchisees have had the highest level of support made available to them. This accolade is particularly significant given the disruption that COVID has caused franchisees over the last two years.

Our philosophy is centered around providing holistic, jargon-free business support services to small and medium-sized enterprises. The tried and tested package we have developed is tailored, unique, and bespoke to each client.

We have worked tremendously hard to support our valued franchisees this past year, as we understand that the effects of COVID on businesses have been significant. Our co-founders, Matt and Rod made it their mission to ensure that the package we provide enabled a reduction in fees and provided our network with a clear and supportive plan to navigate the pandemic.

Commenting on the win, our Franchise Development Manager Lynne Rawlinson expressed her delight at winning big at this year’s BFA awards:

The past year came with its challenges for the whole nation but I’m incredibly proud of the whole Business Doctors team for their continued care and dedication. This award win is a testament to all their hard work.”

Co-founder Matthew Levington also spoke on Business Doctors’ recent accolade:
