We work closely with all our new franchisees through every stage in their journey, from the legal and financial aspects, business planning, marketing, PR and full launch programme.

Training

Business Doctors provide new franchise owners with a comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of the franchise business.

You’ll be introduced to Business Doctors’ market, methods, products and systems through a bespoke induction course at the Franchisor’s head office. Additional sales and business coaching and hands-on completion training is provided at the Franchise Owner’s location prior to launch.

Franchise Owners are provided with the training, tools and support required to exceed the expectations of their customers. The franchisee needs the determination to apply the proven model and the dedication to make it work for them. Together, we will lay the foundations for a thriving business.

Tools

Our professional support team will assist the launch of every Business Doctors Franchise and will provide Franchise Owners with a host of ongoing professional support services. The Business Doctors Operations Manual, on loan to our Franchise Owners for the duration of their trading licence, outlines our every business practice, and a host of delivery tools have been developed to help with lead generation.

You’ll receive a marketing toolkit consisting of personalised collateral, exhibition kit, local website page, Business Doctor branded blog and best practice guides. Combined with guidance on your ongoing marketing plan.

Post launch we offer a six-month marketing support programme, designedto help you with your first marketing campaigns, and digital marketing tools including full training and support for our brand-new franchiseemanagement portal.

Operational support

Business Doctors is a collaborative network and with over 40 established Business Doctors, help and support is never far away.

Additional mentoring is available from one of six Regional Directors. Who better to support franchisees, than those that have been there and completed their own journey, from new franchisee to successful Business Doctor within their own territory?
