Sharing Best Practice

There are many benefits of joining a franchise, one huge benefit includes being able to speak to other franchisees and to be able to share best practice.  In order to improve our communication we invest in a number of key meetings which are held throughout the year.  

Franchisee Forum

A franchisee forum takes place twice a year.  Appointed representatives take franchisee feedback, comments, suggestions and present them to the franchisor in an open and frank exchange.

Regional Meetings

Two regional meetings one in the north and one in the south provides an opportunity for us to meet up with franchisees and update them on our marketing activity and the actions we have taken as a result of the franchisee forum.

Annual National Conference

During November each year, we hold an annual national conference.  This is the perfect time to look back on the year and share our plans for the following year. A number of franchisees share their experiences with the group and one of the highlights of the conference is the annual franchisee awards.

In addition to regular updates from head office, a monthly newsletter provides a round up of our latest news and a great platform for franchisees to share information with the rest of the network.
