2016 will be the year Business Doctors start being recognised as a truly global franchisor

Business Doctors has revealed that 2016 will be the year it starts to be recognised as a truly global franchisor.

In January, the press launch of its first Indian master franchise - in Gujarat - attracted crowds of 50, keen to find out how this UK grown small business champion could transform support services for the country's burgeoning SME community. A prestigious two day event followed attended by over 300 visitors.

April will see the launch of the master franchise for Malta, headed up by a duo with an intimate local knowledge of the island's small businesses.

But the franchisor's biggest news is still to come, and next month, founders Matt Levington and Rod Davies will reveal details of a seven figure master franchise agreement for a whole new country - and rather a large one at that.

"This is a country three percent of GDP comes from franchising, compared to just one percent in the UK," says Rod.

"It is safe to say that 2016 is going to be a very big year for Business Doctors".

From the get-go, Business Doctors has been a company with an international outlook.

Since humble beginnings above a Cheshire takeaway in 2004, franchisors Matt and Rod were set on building a global brand: the go to company for small business consultancy services.

With 42 Business Doctors territories now operating around the UK, the ambitious pair took their first steps beyond British soil when they launched in South Africa in May 2014. Today, Business Doctors' territories are up and running in eight regions of the country, including Johannesburg, its largest and wealthiest city.
